Pulse is a modern AI-powered customer support platform designed to help businesses automate customer conversations while giving support teams a centralized workspace to manage complex interactions. It combines AI support agents, a real-time chat widget, a unified support inbox, workflow automation, analytics, and voice/video communication into a single platform. The platform allows businesses to train AI agents using their own knowledge sources, including documents and website content. Customers can interact with the AI through an embeddable website chat widget, while conversations that require human assistance can be routed to support teams. Pulse is designed for SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, education, fintech, real estate, travel, hospitality, and other businesses that need scalable customer support and lead-engagement solutions.

CHALLENGES

Building a scalable AI customer-support system required coordinating real-time communication, AI responses, customer conversations, team workflows, and dashboard state in a single application. I designed the application around modular services and reusable UI components so each major feature could operate independently while sharing common customer and conversation data.
